Early Intervention HIV Testing & Linkage

New Hope's Early Intervention HIV Testing & Linkage program provides confirmatory HIV testing for persons currently enrolled in substance abuse treatment. Every year, New Hope provides over 1,000 tests to people who would otherwise not now their status.
