MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT

Individuals enrolled in our Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program are individuals that will be inducted onto a form of medication approved for the management of withdrawal and/or cravings related to the cessation of opioid use. New Hope does not utilize any form of medically supervised withdrawal using MAT medications. We encourage individuals to remain on the appropriate medication for as long as indicated.

New Hope offers the following MAT medications to the individuals it serves:

Buprenorphine Mono Therapy (Subutex®)
Buprenorphine/Naloxone Therapy (Suboxone®)
Naltrexone (Revia®)
Naltrexone Injectable (Vivitrol®)
Buprenorphine Injectable (Sublocade®) Methadone (provided by Comprehensive Psychiatric Center)
