MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program: Eligibility and Services New Hope’s Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program is designed for individuals who are either currently taking, or are medically appropriate for induction onto, an FDA-approved medication used to manage opioid withdrawal symptoms and/or cravings.
Please note: New Hope does not offer medically supervised withdrawal using MAT medications. We encourage individuals to remain on their prescribed medication for as long as recommended by their healthcare provider.

- Buprenorphine Monotherapy (Subutex®)
- Buprenorphine/Naloxone (Suboxone®)
- Naltrexone (Revia®)
- Injectable Naltrexone (Vivitrol®)
- Injectable Buprenorphine (Sublocade®)
- Methadone – provided in partnership with the Comprehensive Psychiatric Center
