MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program: Eligibility and Services

New Hope’s Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program is designed for individuals who are either currently taking, or are medically appropriate for induction onto, an FDA-approved medication used to manage opioid withdrawal symptoms and/or cravings.

Please note: New Hope does not offer medically supervised withdrawal using MAT medications. We encourage individuals to remain on their prescribed medication for as long as recommended by their healthcare provider.

MAT Medications Available Through New Hope

  • Buprenorphine Monotherapy (Subutex®)

  • Buprenorphine/Naloxone (Suboxone®)

  • Naltrexone (Revia®)

  • Injectable Naltrexone (Vivitrol®)

  • Injectable Buprenorphine (Sublocade®)

  • Methadone – provided in partnership with Comprehensive Psychiatric Center
