Hideaway Bay – Permanent Supportive Housing

New Hope proudly operates Hideaway Bay, a permanent supportive housing community located in Cutler Bay. Funded by the Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust, Hideaway Bay is dedicated to serving adults age 55 and older who have experienced homelessness.

The property, formerly the La Quinta Inn & Suites, has been thoughtfully converted into 107 fully furnished studio apartments. Residents benefit from comprehensive case management, on-site meals, laundry facilities, cable TV, and Wi-Fi access—all designed to support long-term housing stability and well-being.

Referrals to Hideaway Bay are made exclusively through the Homeless Trust’s Coordinated Entry System, and rent is calculated at 30% of the resident’s income.
